Current skills

Everything around us is changing. Fast and sharp - so 21st century. Technologies, relations between countries, human values, views, priorities.

Everything changes except education. Unfortunately, training programs at most universities remain unchanged. Not only in the CIS, but also in the world - education simply does not have time to adapt to the current pace.

This problem is being researched and studied. However, they cannot offer effective solutions at the moment. But there are four skills that you definitely won’t be lost with. And not only in work, but also in life:

- Communication skills. The ability to exchange thoughts, discuss issues, ideas and solutions - this has always been and will be in demand.

- Critical thinking. Today, if you do not read the news, then you are not an informed person. And if you are reading, you are most likely misinformed. Therefore, thinking critically, looking at a problem from different angles is valuable.

- Ability to collaborate. There are more and more introverts every day, so the ability to find an approach to people and unite to achieve a common goal is more important than ever.

— Creativity. Trying new, revolutionary and non-standard things is also in demand in the age of innovation and invention.

It doesn't matter whether you've completed your formal education or are still in the process, pay attention to these 4 aspects. Because in the future they will bring much more benefit than a diploma. And their relevance will only grow.
